Plattner's April Visit...2009

Plattner's arrived Friday night for a weekend stay in Ohio... Jesse
is 10 going on 11... our oldest grandchild growing up fast!!

Javan is very knowledgeable about many subjects...we
had a discussion regarding brown bears versus grizzlies..
Are they one in the same or are they different??

Jared wasn't feeling his best during this visit but that didn't

stop him when it was his turn to ride the 4-wheeler..

Jonas enjoyed being included when it came to riding the

4-wheeler (with a lead rope attached)..

Saturday all the grandchildren played with the parachute..

It was difficult playing parachute games with the

heavy wind...

Sunday all the grandchildren played at the Creston

park...

Nova Scotia / Prince Edward Island '2000'

Mom, Cori, Susan and I met in Boston in Sept. 2000 for an
adventure to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island... Here
Cori sits on the rocks in Kennebunkport, ME - behind her is
'Walker Point', the Bush compound..

After visiting PEI and the home of Lucy Maud Montgomery
the author of Anne of Green Gables, we had a photo opportunity
and all became "Anne": Mommy Anne, Auntie Anne, Grandma
Anne and Cori Anne.. We certainly shared alot of laughs
that day!!

Here Susan and I are hamming it up... looks like Susan has
the 'hook' on me...

We visited the lighthouse at Peggy's Cove...

It was a great time spent together...many miles traveled...and

a time to be remembered!!
