Jordyn and the Fridge Farm

Jordyn was really enjoying the musical Fridge Farm on
Friday evening when we watched Mark and Andrea's
children for several hours.

Just like Ben used to do... Jordyn would press a button to
play one of the 'farm' songs and then dance and look to see
if anyone else was enjoying the music as much as she was..

What a cutie!! Later in the evening Grandpa Dale and Jordyn
fell asleep in the recliner while Nathan and Ben watched a
children's movie on TV with Grandma. Fun Times!!!

Helping the ECONOMY...

My 1996 Monte Carlo which I loved to drive finally gave it up...
Even with my expert mechanic on the job the transmission
appears to have too many problems. Sooooo, after test driving
a 2006 used Honda Accord we also checked out the Toyota
dealership in Brunswick and got a fantastic deal on this CAMRY!!

With a nice down payment (provided by the insurance company
when a lady side swiped my car last July) we kept the monthly
payment within reason.

The Toyota salesman was glad to see us with the economy such

as it is. Dale and I had our sidekick "Mark" with us to give us

tips on how to close the deal with perks. Mark's suggestions

were good ones and well worth the effort. Thanks Mark!!

The color is 'Gray Metallic' and has a sparkle to it in the sunshine...

Zoning out with "Ben"

Dale and I watched Ben Monday night and enjoyed every

minute of it. Ben is so FUN loving and played many games

with Grandpa Dale and I. The main game Ben just loves is

to get Grandpa out of his recliner and then run and jump

in the chair knowing that Grandpa is going to pretend he didn't

see Ben in the recliner and he's going to get sat on....

Ben always eats so good for us when he visits. Sloppy joes

and chips were on the menu but Ben's main focus was on

the canned peaches. If I hadn't told him to eat some

sandwich first he would have had all the peaches eaten

before Grandpa got his helping. Here is a picture taken

of Ben while we were waiting for our lunch at a restaurant

recently. Isn't he cute??

Nathan - Metal Mouth??

Andrea bought some handy dandy braces from a machine when
we went out to eat last weekend. The braces really make Nathan
look different, mainly he looks much older here. Hey, I don't
want Nathan to grow up too fast... that just means I'm getting
older too!!
